Per Tesla’s Supercharger for Business program (tesla.com/supercharger-for-business and tesla.com/learn/supercharger-for-business, March 16, 2026): the customer purchases the hardware (minimum 4 posts) and hires their installer; a Tesla Design Engineer guides the process; the customer sets pricing in Tesla’s portal; and Tesla handles network operations and service. Tesla states a 97% uptime guarantee for the Business full-service package.

Tesla’s V4 Supercharger post can deliver up to 500 kW for passenger vehicles; Tesla notes the cabinet typically requires less than 1 MW across eight posts to deliver max power 99% of the time (Tesla product page).
